Achieving academy excellence is at the heart of our endeavour as educators. I am extremely happy to share that all our students of grade 10 and 12 who appeared for CBSE 2024 25 session passed with flying colours. In 12th science master Sunny topped with 96%, now doing MBBS from Kalpana Chawla medical College. Yashika scored 93.2% and is pursuing civil engineering from IIT, Jammu. Anubhav managed to get 93% and got admission in IIIT Dhanbad in COMPUTER SCIENCE. ARTI Secured 91% and she is doing BSc nursing. and Saumya too scored 91% ……

In 12TH Humanities Nisha topped with 94.2%, Vanshika secured 94% and Riddhi got 93% Kritika got 91% marks. All are pursuing graduation from the prestigious Colleges of DU and HISAR. Sargam from commerce stream Grabbed administration in GARGI College of Delhi University.
In grade 10 Parina topped with 97%, Deepanshi got 95%, Yash budhwar and Deepanshu secured 94%. Out of 101 students 53 earned above 80%, and 88 passed with first division.
“A healthy mind resides in a healthy body” . DAVPPS, Sunarian has always taken that extra step to make the students believe in that.
The sports department has always encouraged the students to participate in indoor and outdoor tournaments throughout the year. Ma Princi of grade 10, won gold medal in sub junior National Boxing championship and also in the Asian boxing championship 2025-26 held in Jordan. In the SGFI championship, Bharti (12th), Prince (10th) and Naman (11) managed to grab Bronze medals.
Equally I am thrilled to share the outstanding achievements of our players in DAV National sports 2024 25. In boys boxing,Prince(10th) Tarun(11th) Aniket and Anirudh from grade 12 and in girls boxing, Ronak (6th) Deepanshu (7th) Disha and Tanisha (8th) Shiksha Kritika yashika (10th) Anshu (11th) , Tamanna (12th) have won gold medals. I proudly share that the school won the overall trophy for both girls and boys in under 14, under 17 and under 19 category.
In WUSHU, Priyansh (8th) and Nitin (11th) in wrestling, Abhinav (8th) and Navdeep (9th) also bagged gold medals. Kudos to all players.
With a view to be constructive and dynamic professionals and to equip teachers with the necessary skills and techniques for effective classroom teaching , various enrichment programs were organised by DAVCAE and CBSE during the year for our staff members.
We firmly believe that positive communication between parents and teachers goes a long way in improving the efficacy of education. We ensure active participation of parents in the teaching learning process. The parent teacher meeting is organised from time to time to discuss the progress of their wards and positive suggestions for overall development of the school.
To promote activity based learning the students were mentored to participate in many inter and intra school activities and important days celebrations, excursions and field trips were also organised to help students gain first hand knowledge and academic learning beyond the confines of a classroom and in joyful company of peer and friends.
I am delighted to announce that Shiksha (grade 8) and Karnika (grade 7) have won Rs 9500 and Rs 2000 respectively in the State‑Level Art Competition on “Save Energy” organized by the Bhakra‑Beas Management Board, Punjab out of approximately 2.5 Lac participants.
